Thomas Ljungberg wrote 2 months ago This is great. Wonderful curves, great lines, beautiful light! /Thomas flo wrote 3 months ago I am happy that this kind of photograph is not rejected: minimalist, élégant, and so suggestive, light guides our glance step by step.. bravo Stefan Hellkvist replied 3 months ago Yes, I liked the light too. I walk these stairs every day (since it's where I live) and have seen how the light falls through the window many times at many times of day. It is best at night though, like this. Peter wrote 3 months ago I echo what others have said, it is this image's simplicity that make it for me. HenriAntoine wrote 3 months ago less is more. that ol' D70 still a good camera in such conditions, wow. Stefan Hellkvist replied 3 months ago Yes, eventhough I today have a D300 my D70 is still to dear to me to get rid of. It was my first camera and with that I started learning how to make photos. Stefan Hellkvist replied 3 months ago Tbanks guys! I'm overwhelmed by your kind words. It's just a bloody flight of stairs :) Carola Lundmark wrote 3 months ago Loved it in screening. Simple but just terrific!Great job Stefan! Best regards Carola Steve Charles wrote 3 months ago I voted for this. A fine abstract, just a touch of light. Such simple images need a delicacy of touch, and this is just right. |
