Daria wrote 3 months ago Very cool location (have been there myself a couple of weeks ago ;)) and you caught the moment perfectly :) Thank you:) Yeah that location is a great place for photography - It's getting harder to find original ways of taking pictures there:) BTW: I'm a great fan of your work. Daria replied 3 months ago Thank you, very pleasant to hear that :) Looking forward to see more of your works ;) Ulf Börjesson wrote 3 months ago Less is more. And it's proven to be right in this wonderful image! U Thank you Ulf - I do believe I'm sort of into a minimalisic period at the moment- At least I tend to seek out places where i can find clean lines. Sadly those places are a bit hard to come by where I live. hehe Thank you - Yeah I guess squares became the main composition theme :) Thank you - Glad you mentioned the title - as I stated in a prevoius reply I was a bit worried that the title failed the motif. Thank you very much - I'm glad you liked the picture:) Jan Lykke wrote 3 months ago I think I have seen this before :-) But it is still af great composition. /Jan :-) Sorry to bother you with pictures you've seen before Jan:) Glad to see you are present here as well - I love your style of photo. leontjew wrote 3 months ago Wow! How long did you wait for this, to capture just the perfect moment with the perfect light? Great catch. This would have been the moment to brag about days of planning - watching weatherforcast etc, but the truth is that picture was taken during a small time limited competition at the photoclub i attend. 1 hour to shoot and no time for postediting (this version has been postedited slightly)So I guess I had luck on my side:) leontjew replied 3 months ago Ha! To be honest, I already guessed that. It was the same with one of my pics (http://www.onexposure.net/?photos=member&memberid=6038&photo=13844): they just came along. Thanks you for your kind words - I really appreaciate it. Thank you very much for you kind remarks - This beeing the first picture I have posted here I must admit I really felt nervous about getting rejected. Especially since the picture posted is one of my favorites in my portifolio. So your kind words truly means a lot to me:) doro rapp wrote 3 months ago like it lots. can hear the instruments tuning, the singers vocalizing, the audience getting their souls prepared... Thank you very much for your kind remarks. Loved to hear your interpretation. I was a bit worried about the picture failing to tell a story in accordance with the title as one probably has recognize the rather new opera building in Oslo to understand the opera connection here. doro rapp replied 3 months ago well your caption did help :). so, that is the famous building I've heard talks about. Hopefully will be in the audience one day, or - even better - on stage...who knows. love the colours, angles, minimalism here - oh, and the clouds! |
